Reports of vote rigging on an industrial scale in Zimbabwe - by Melusi Sibanda

Well , what can I say, even I'm lost for words. Never in a million years did I think the 'old man' would escalate sh*t to these levels. What happened today can only be described as spectacular electioneering trickery and rampant vote rigging. ZANU PF never even had the 'audacity' to hide their vote rigging tricks but instead used them shamelessly in an open way.

When I first heard the Prime Minister declare the polls 'a farce and a sham' I thought he had jumped the gun but then the videos, blogs, reports and 'results' began to trickle in - I was bamboozled!

The ZESN estimates 1 million turned away at their voting stations, videos of buses carrying ZANU PF voters to random constituencies.... The evidence is there and I'm sure there's more to come.

ZANU PF and Robert Mugabe have totally lost the plot - winning  so many seats in Matabeleland - really? Come on folks!!

I do believe that these are the last kicks of a dying horse - there's an wiff of throwing in the kitchen sink-ness in this behaviour! LET'S NOT BE DISHEARTENED IN THIS GAME OF THRONES!

The atmosphere's turned cold and the world is watching!
