The state run police are trying every dirty trick to try and stiffle the opposition. They are banning MDC rallies because they claim to have not enough resources to man these demonatrations.
These can only be the desperate measures for a state run organisation at the twilight of its existance. Democratic change is imminent in Zimbabwe and cheap dirty tactics wont stop it.
